lundfud: First time at Katsu Burger: This place is something special. All at once they have created a unique menu and something comforting and familiar. It’s a totally new spin on a burger and yet a crispy deep fried piece of animal on bun is a standard menu item at any fast food joint. New and exciting, anyone living in or visiting Seattle needs to take ride into the heart of industry, just past SODO, and hit up Katsu Buger. I’m too stuffed and stunned to say more than “holy shit, this place is kickass.”
